BODY MEASUREMENTS
When you measure yourself, it’s always best to ask someone around you to help. If you don’t have anyone to assist you, make sure to stand in front of a mirror to check that the measuring tape is running straight across your body.
Make sure to measure as close to the body as possible, so without thick layers of clothing.

A - Shoulder to Shoulder
Measure at your back from one shoulder to the other in one straight line
B - Chest / Bust
Measure below the armpits around your chest at the widest part of your chest/bust. Make sure the measuring tape runs in a straight line around your body. You might breath in and out to see how much your chest expands. Take this into account when you check your measurements.
C - Waist
Measure at the smallest part of your waist. You might breath in and out to see how much your belly expands. Take this into account when you check your measurements.
D - Hip
Measure at the widest part of your hips around your body. Make sure the measuring tape runs in a straight line around your body.
E - Inseam
Measure from your crotch down to your heel.
